INSEE Cement Bangladesh continues to reaffirm its commitment to community welfare through regular medical campaigns held at its Plant Premises in Narayanganj. Recognizing that access to quality healthcare remains a significant challenge for many in surrounding communities, particularly underprivileged families, INSEE has taken proactive steps to bring essential medical services directly to those in need. These initiatives ensure timely medical attention, guidance, and preventive care, removing barriers of distance, cost, and accessibility.
The campaigns offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including free health check-ups, basic diagnostic tests, and personalized medical consul- tations. INSEE goes beyond routine check-ups by conducting overall health screenings for prevalent and serious illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and other epidemic-prone conditions. Early detection and screening regularly through these medical camps helps residents identify health risks and take necessary action before severe complications arise. For many underprivi- leged community members who may not have regular access to medical care, these services are particularly valuable, providing both immediate relief and long-term health guidance.
The response from the local community has been overwhelming. During the most recent medical camp, 166 people received medical services, marking a significant rise from the 110 patients served during the April 2025 campaign. This upward trend reflects growing trust and awareness among residents regarding the value of these health initiatives. Additionally, medicines worth BDT 33,000 were distributed free of cost, ensuring that patients not only received diagnoses but also the treatment needed for proper recovery and management. A community feedback session was also conducted, giving residents the opportunity to share their health concerns and express appreciation for INSEE's continued support.
